 Why didn’t we work at night? Is there any reason or simply it was because it continuous as a tradition from older days. Because from the time when this struggle for existence begins there was no electricity and because of that there was no chance to do work at night. But except human beings many of the animals starts struggle for existence at night also other than in the day time. But now a days tradition being changing in India. It started from night shift in many of the big factories where blast furnace runs throughout the day to maintain the temperature. And now in many IT sectors they mainly work at night instead of daytime because they have to contact the western countries for their assignment where at that time sunlight continues. Many of the students studies at night because they can concentrate more at time. Many hotels and restaurants open at night where different corporate parties continue till early morning. The transport system also remains running at night like trains, flights, long distant bus services, ships, trucks etc. The night time is the main time for the underworld activities. So when this in age of no work no pay contractual services where holidays are few in many private sector offices every offices should remain open 24 hours both private and government sectors. The employees will work in shifts of 8 hours and that it increase the service and facilities. It will also increase the speed of work 4 times to complete a job and increase the profit of our country 4 times. This will also make a solution of the unemployment in our country which is the main problem in a densely populated country and will increase it by 4 times or more and decrease the crime.

Yesterday I was passing through with my family from Konnagar to Kailkhali near Kolkata Airport at my friends house after 10 long years. In Belghoria Express Highway suddenly my motor bikes back tyre was severely got punchered without any accident. I immediately stopped by mobike and start walking with my bike and my family in search of leak repair shop. The highway was not dense with shops , so I got tensed that how much I have to walk. But with my surprise I had found that everyone who were residents of there of the surrounding were helping me to find a lead repair shop including police. The first shops pumping machine was damaged, then after walking 1.5 km I found another shop. But the way to that shop was dangerous from the main road. They told that every day accident was a normal activity there and many of the times spot dead was the expected result. There I found that my tyre became required to change but there was not tyre shop. The shop keeper went to Dunlop by his bike and brought me a new tyre which they replaced. This matter takes nearly 2 hours. After that I visited my friends house at 8.30 pm and after taking lunch I returned to my home at midnight.
